The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) opened nominations for the sixth annual NACD Directorship 100, which includes the Director of the Year and B. Kenneth West Lifetime Achievement Awards.
These honors recognize outstanding corporate directors from public, private and non-profit companies and governance practitioners who exemplify the principles of professionalism and leadership while promoting the advancement of exemplary corporate governance.
Nominations are being accepted through March 30 at Nominations. The form can be filled out very quickly, so don’t hesitate to recommend well qualified candidates. Said Ken Daly, president and CEO of NACD:
At NACD, we understand the important role corporate directors play in shaping companies and helping them succeed. For more than two decades, we have celebrated director professionalism and those who exemplify the best in corporate governance. These honors recognize the directors who set the standard and serve as role models for board excellence.
